Head of Design
Ben Burman
Ben, a firefighter-become-designer, has been working with CADXtra for over 10 years, bringing a steadying and unflappable demeanour wherever he goes. Managing the flow of the business (and getting his designers hands dirty), Ben brings along a wealth of experience in both 2D and 3D design.
His role is both office and site based.
Head of Projects
Jonathan Hedge
Jonathan has been managing projects across the UK and Europe for the last decade, with a history in process design. Working alongside a number of different blue-chip companies, Jonathan is passionate about relationships and seeing people succeed, as well as his clients getting what they actually want out of a project.
His role is predominantly site based.
CAD Designer
Greg Purdue
We consider Greg as the life and soul of the team - Greg has a detailed knowledge of a myriad of design softwares, creating 2D and 3D designs for everything from minor steelwork fabrication to multi-million pound factory redesigns. Greg has also helped clients visualise their dream with rendered images and point-cloud laser scans.
His role is both office and site based.
CAD Designer
Phil Wynn
Phil has worked with CADXtra since it's infancy, firmly establishing himself within the core of the business. Phil largely works within 2D for our various clients including services and utilities, fire strategy, line layouts etc.
His role is predominantly office based.
CAD Designer
Tom Rhodes
Previously serving within the Civils and Structural Industries, Tom has jumped into action on various companies' sites around the country. He believes mortar is in his blood, continuing a time-honoured tradition of several generations within Engineering.
His role is both office and site based.
Design Technician
Kieran Stewart
Graduating from Nottingham University with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering, Kieran applies the practical methodology learned with meticulous detail and diligence into his work. Working both with the Projects and the Design team, he primarily focuses on project feasibility and 2D work.
His role is predominantly office based.
Technical Project Manager
Michael Card
Having over a decade of experience working as a Project Manager in the Civil and Water industries after graduating from Nottingham Trent, Michael has a wealth of practical experience with site-based projects. Laying foundations in relational client-facing project work, Michael works largely on project feasibility and delivery.
His role is both office and site based.
